Ah I wouldn't want to under-price you! How about I knock it up to 400? And he is actually a VERY VERY soft blue. The scales on his underbelly are a tan-white. All very soft near-white colors. If thats all good can I send payment?

@bladeofthestars yeah, sorry! Here's some recent human art on sketch paper. Also, if you prefer digital I can do that, but I'll most likely sketch something out on paper first, and then trace and color it digitally.
This one is quicker, but the next two are more detailed.
