[/b] After playing dragon neopets for a while now I decided I would finally make this thread! I have been creating digital art since around 2012 and I honestly love pet sites like this and love spending money on pampering my dragons. sO instead of feeling guilty as heck everytime I do I decided to open some art commissions here. I use Paint Tool Sai with a Wacom Cintiq 13HD for my artworks here at the moment there will be fairly limited types of commissions as I don't have a massive collection of dragon examples![/center] ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [center] [size=5][b]TOS[/b][/size][/center] [LIST] [*] I have the right do decline, refund or refuse your commission. I usually won't but if I'm having trouble I may and if your dragon has so much apparel you can barely see it I probably won't draw it. [*]I can draw most apparel, genes, colours and breeds with the exception of excessive steampunk, armor etc. I can give these a go if you'd like but they are not my strong point. [*]i do not START until I'm paid in at least half and if I am paid half I will only draw up to halfway. I'm not new to the commission scene in general and I really am not a fan of being ripped off. [*]Please allow 1 month at the longest for your artwork to be completed.
