thank you! i'm still working out how i'm gonna handle non-fr stuff. it'd likely be for USD hosted over on FA so idk how in your wheelhouse that is.
anyway i LOVE this dragon, she's definitely very ornate but i think drawing her will be fun so i don't have an issue with it. also, i love the art of her in your signature. i'll get started and you can send a CR/PM with payment at your leisure.

sorry for not responding earlier! your ping didn't come through correctly, i only noticed your response when i manually checked the thread. i do prefer CRs slightly but it's not a big deal.
