So I'm just a lil poet trying to make it along
I find that my words come out better when they're said in song,
but my voice is less than mediocre,
I'm just a hummer, a wheezer, a croaker.
I don't write songs, I don't have "rap cred"
So I just write these little poems instead.

They're not all that insightful,
But they're enough to get me by,
And as long as you all find them delightful,
that's enough of a reason for me to try.

Stanzas from one to five are my basic set
You won't see me stray far from that I bet,
Because I focus more on time and rhyme.

Yeah, I just rhymed time and rhyme,
Cliché, I won't deny. But I promise I won't poke at even worse ones,
like breath and death,
and love and dove, and even still,
fair and air.
(Oh wait, yes I will.)

I can write for your dragons, your characters, whatever.
Give you the illusion of seeming quick, and witty and clever.
Maybe you just want something artistic about this mid-winter's breeze.
Like I said, whatever you please.

I don't put I price on these little blocks of letters, or sing-songy word lists,
but if you insist,
I take apparel, gems, treasure and more,
(but leave familiars at the door).

Without further ado,
Let's end this obnoxious wall of text,
And start up my scribe of silent tune,
To see what I'll spit our for you next.

Aaaa I absolutely love this!! I want... something? I sort of have places to be right now (whoops) so I will get back to you later and probably still not have decided which characters and dragons I'd love one of your poems (poems? They seem kinda more musical than poems?) for.
Also I am super poor and have no clue how much people pay/expect to be payed? I'll be on the lookout for a black wolf cape though. (I think I have a brown one, darn it.)

He is a pretty boy.

Borne of climbing skies and whipping gusts
Come of soaring clouds and wanderlust.
By the wisps of the Singer's tail,
A passing breeze blazes an earthly trail.

For a head aloft in the cirrus,
It really is quite curious
That one could become as down-to-earth,
And see more behind their personal girth.

But, after all, in a bird's eye view,
You see everything you need to, no?
Who can stand tacks and fleetingly refered troops
When it's all faces that you know?

My first thought when I saw the word poems was "My name is phillip I am a poet and I wrote this poem just to show it and I just turned nine you can write rhymes but you can't write mine" I AM SUCH HAMILTRASH OMG
