I would rather do full paid requests, but if it gets closer to your deadline and there is still something you need done, then I'll probably help you out.

At least half of the payment should be made before I start, then half once I finish. But the full payment could be made before.

@Bluekea alright I'm just going to send the full payment, I'd rather pay the full thing than pay half and forget I ever ordered art, and then spend the rest (:
