Psd or png, either work! I know a PS method for making a flat b/w image transparent so anything's good. ^^
Hmm, No specific pose in mind? The concept is a pretty loose idea - something like either an action girl or shonen hero type character- Basically an active physical fighter type, either girl or boy. Maybe something action-y, fierce, determined, challenging, plucky, bright, boisterous? Just general suggestions. ^^
er, ok, so, don't look up "action girl" on google images, it's got a lot of smutty images, that's not really what I meant. XD
