I'm not active here anymore so RLCs and DA points via the Commission Widget are the only option if you're interested in my art? I'm much more interested in spending my massive piles of in game money and hoards of old items! XD
Summarized Info:
- Wanted: full outfit (in pieces is ok) + color outfit concept designs
- I'm interested in both outfit designs and additional recolors of that or older designs. (I can pay per unique version and/or per recolor!)
- I may request changes/recolors! Please inform me of your policy or pricing for this when applying.
- You may draw from scratch, or over a base(with proof of permission and credit), but no dollmaker images! They can be used as inspiration, but actual outfit designs must always be at least slightly different in form/color than what inspired them. I do not want to be sold anything that someone may later be justified in asking me to take down or pay damages for (like the GaiaOnline avatars I have listed as examples)
- There's no set limit to the number of designs I'll order- I expect to commission a lot of designs before I find one I feel is right, but I will be looking for more finished pieces only after I find the right design!
- You will be paid even if I eventually decide not to use the design, so long as it's clear that you read and took into consideration my design requests (If you read and follow the instructions even loosely, you don't have to worry. There's room for creativity. This is just for if someone posts, for example, a pink track suit outfit and says "Now you owe me 25$, you said you'd pay even if you don't use it"- I'm not going to pay for that! They would clearly have ignored the instructions and references. It sounds like a ridiculous situation, but I've seen it happen often and won't leave myself unprotected.
- Please don't start drawing until I've confirmed the order and total, unless you are comfortable not begin paid for that work, I cannot guarantee that I'll commission every single person! +"Surprise, you owe me $$$" is a terrible situation to be in, don't do that to me. :(
- I'll send the Crossroads trade once we've confirmed the order. Confirm your side when you begin or finish the art. Preferably, add a link to a preview of the final image to the comments when completed and I'll confirm the trade. After that, you have the payment, so send the final image. (This is my preferred art crossroads method! This method creates a record for the staff should anything come up, and ensures that neither the commissioner or artist can take the money/finished product without giving their side to their trade partner.)
- If in doubt, ask questions and show WIPs! ^^
Here are some examples from the web similar to what I'm thinking of, image wise, if that helps?:
1 / 2 / 4
( I'm not necessarily looking for things as polished or organized some these. This is about how the outfit is displayed on screen, not the clothing's design- design notes are below! ^^ )
Featured Wanted in the Design: (what I think I want - diverging a bit is fine!)
- fantasy/historical look (required)
- dark blue and off-white color scheme (possibly + brownish or other off-white or white shades?)
- hood, long cape, scarf (face or shawl?), open vest, belted sash, and some kind of tunic/kilt/wrap/trailing shirt/ect?
- overall mostly covered in loose clothing/fabric
- hand and/or feet wraps (strips of cloth/bandages)
- borders and circular pattern/elements (possibly lunar) and/or maybe tassels?
- maybe a design over the shoulders of the cape (with back view)? (similar to 2nd avatar)
- some resemblance to one or more of the Style refs
- a notable resemblance to the 2nd avatar

note: Commissioned images might be used as references for commissioned works. Designs may be used in part or full in personal art, in commissioned works, and/or theoretically in published works, though that last is not likely! XD
Payment Options:
Gaia Gold and items
Wajas CWP, WC and items
Deviantart Points
Flight Rising Gems, Treasure, and items. Including (ignore the listedprice, that's old info): http://sta.sh/0znqys9z16k
If you'd like to be commissioned in non-FlightRising currencies, we'll need to exchange PMs/carry out orders there, technically, though you can/should ping me here - and/or on Gaia if possible- for the fastest response.
note: No, I probably can't afford RLCs, sorry! However, I might be able to consider cheaper RLC commissions if you can do several rough versions and can make changes based on my feedback (I can pay quite well in any of my listed payments, but I'm not so well off in rl). I value the ability to work on concepts cooperatively very highly in this situation, and I'm not looking to get highly polished work until a design is more finalized!

What Then?
If I produce or buy a outfit redesign I really like I'll then start looking for full commissions of Canus in that outfit. I'm really interested in Watercolor, or watercolor-like art, espcially if I can commission something similar to raw suikoden headshots, suikoden II portraits, reaction/event versions, full body images, orartistically framed illustration. I'm a big Suikoden fan and Canus was originally a Fan character for Suikoden 2/3. It'd be super awesome to get Suikoden themed art of him. XD

Buying Design Art:
I need help designing an new outfit for an existing OC inspired by a few things including some key elements. I'm ideally looking for full body + color images, though views of smaller portions are also totally ok, if the outfit is all there, because I'm mainly looking for concept designs for his outfit, rather than stand alone images. The images don't need to be shaded/heavily rendered, or even a complete image of the character (if the outfit is detailed, but the character's face is just a silly smile emoticon, that's ok. XD)!Summarized Info:
