Adding an extra character would be at least 50% of the normal price, but it really depends on the pose you want them drawn and whether it is a fullbody, waist-up, etc. c:
And ofc you can do the mixed payment! I'll look for the gem price of the items you have and cut the equivalent amount of the usd price c:
