Hello everyone! We have some good news to impart.
We will be moving forward with our server migration beginning Saturday, August 10 @ 01:00 Server Time. From this time forward, Flight Rising will be in scheduled maintenance for approximately 24 - 72 hours. This maintenance period may be longer or shorter depending on any issues that may arise during the transition process. Because it is a delicate move, and lots of data is involved, we would like to make sure we take every precaution possible to ensure it is moved safely, thoroughly, and tests are conducted on the new environment.
During this time, we will be keeping dragons fed and nests incubated.
The team is very excited for this transition, as we believe it may significantly improve the stability and usability of Flight Rising, as well as pave the road towards re-enabling achievements, Search, and new user registration. These will not be available directly after the migration, but our plan is to roll them out once we have determined the dust has settled and we are cozy and operable on the new hardware.

- Expired auctions will no longer be mailed to your message inbox. You will receive an alert still, but items will be transferred directly back to your Hoard without a step in the middle. Say goodbye to expired auction collection mails! Items purchased through the Auction House are not affected; they will still be delivered normally to your inbox. (NOTE: Expired auctions will still be purging once every hour or so to conserve processing power, so once an auction expires, the effects may not be immediate)
- We will be adding a small red X button next to each of your dragons' names in your lair. This button will manually purge and regenerate the dragon's small lair image, their large profile image, and their portrait (as it appears in your Change Avatar menu). We believe this may be a great trouble-shooting step to help resolve dragon images that may not have updated yet.
