There seems to be a misunderstanding here. ^^ Galore is not set up to offer new items every single week, he is set up to offer items during certain special event times like April Fools Day and the FR Anniversary, and then you have 1 week to pick up those items.
The next batch of Galore Gifts probably will not be until the FR Anniversary on June 8th.
