@kyrin18 Basically you can use the following rule of thumb: if there is no information on the front page of FR about a registration period, there is no information about a registration period at all. Only once it has been announced on the front page, is any information about it available. Until such time, you are not likely to get an answer or anything different than: 'we don't have a date at this time but keep an eye on our front page for when we do'
