(basically just gives your dreg sparkles, I can also provide a version without, if you are not sure about it)

She'd be 90kt. Idk about the white line, I tested if I could do it the easy way in photoshop and it looked rly bad, so I would have to do it by hand. I could do it for like 40kt more. You can go ahead and send the payment my way, 90kt without outline, 130kt with outline.

Hmm the skin would probably be 100kt/g, the apparel 20kt/g a piece, so it would make 210kt/g all together!
I don't have slots open at the moment but be sure to add yourself to the pinglist if you'd like one. :)
