(It's basically when a whole bunch of things get messed up at once and I can't salvage the headshot without completely scrapping it) If it does occur, I'll say so! You will get the blooper and a full refund. You can then move on, ask me to try again, or offer me another dragon that I'll hopefully do much better with. You will not get removed from the slot list until you respond with your choice.
