Sounds good! I usually charge an extra 5kt for faceted eyes. Also, by black fly, do you mean a black firefly or a regular fly? I just like to make sure. I can make it the same size as the fireflies they have now, or larger if you'd prefer that.
All three of their genes are medium, and both apparel pieces are medium as well. That would bring your total to 190kt. I'll do the black firefly/fly for free as it's part of their gene :)
