I'll go ahead and count the comet as small apparel, I've never tried to doodle one up before, but it doesn't look that difficult. The eye scar doesn't need to be sponsored, it's such an easy to add marking I don't mind just doing it while I'm already playing with the file.
So Base + Comet + Gene = 45K

I hadn't even thought of festival currency, which normally I'm not lacking in because I spend far too much time in the coliseum as it is lol. However, I don't see the harm in opening up a slot or two for festival currency each corresponding festival. As far as the rate, good question. I'll probably just stick with the same rate I use for Treasure to Gems, so whatever the total would be in gems?
