Please note the following:

Please be respectful to our artists! If you or they have any concerns, please contact the AFF leads.
Levels are cumulative - for example, four level 5s = 20 levels; two level 10s = 20 levels.
Dragons sent in must be minimum level 5.
Payment must be sent after your order is confirmed and before the artist begins their work.
Payment should be sent in by 23:00 FRT on the Saturday the push ends. This ensures we have time to exalt them. Individual artists may set earlier deadlines based on when they will be offline.

Artists have the right to:

refuse an order for any reason.
open and close their shops and slots as their workloads allow.
change prices as necessary.
cancel an order with a full refund if they are absolutely unable to complete the work.

1. Choose which artist you'd like to order from. Read their post carefully for any specific guidelines and prices, and check that they have open slots.

2. When you're ready to order, fill out the artist's order form and post it on this thread.

3. The artist will ping you back to confirm your order.

4. Send your payment directly to the artist.

5. Once your payment is complete, the artist will begin work on your order. Please be patient - some of us have many commitments!

Are Earth members allowed to order Earth AFF?
Yes! Earth members are welcome to order.

Do daily breed, gene, and colour bonuses count as extra payment?
Unfortunately we cannot count daily bonuses towards your order payment. You're welcome to send them to our public buy!

When can I expect to receive my art?
Artists may not have time to complete their art during the push. We encourage artists to only take on as many orders as they are able to complete within a reasonable time frame.

It's been some time and I haven't received my art. What should I do?
Please get in touch with your artist and politely ask what their situation is. They may be tied up with real life commitments or other art.

If you can't get clear communication from your artist, please contact one of the Earth AFF leads (Hexephra, MisfitsLanding, and Auraelia) and we'll see what we can do to help you!

What if I've only sent in some of my payment in levels before the push ends?
Please try to schedule your time so that you can complete payment by the deadline! If circumstances transpire and you cannot complete payment, you may discuss with your artist to complete payment in gems or treasure.
