2. I will not accept any request for editing after delivering final product unless I've made a huge mistake like eye color, etc.
3. Please pick your color in FR colorwheel!(important)
4. Please save your image when you receive it!! I delete them from my PC when I complete it.
5. Accents / skins will be simplified ;
6. payment comes first.
I'm taking 1:1000 ratio of gem rate, and 1 : 1 ratio of fc.
(For FC, you can pay after you farm it. but you must pay before festival ends.)
7. Give about two weeks time for the toymaker to work his magic!
8. If you catch your slot, you may order as much as you want to.(can change later)
9. price may chage;
10.please send payment via pm.

[url=http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/adopt/2050387]After seeing paper lanterns that lit the night[/url], the toymaker Vexatio [s](I want to do that too)[/s]was inspired to make beautiful wind chimes to commemorate the Wavecrest Saturnalia(an excuse he came up with that wouldn't sound like an excuse! please pretend not to notice!) - magical ones that rang even without a breeze.
............ up to that was all well and good.
Except, there was a small tiny problem where he did not realize his idea was not a very good one?

So Vexatio came to decide to send all these *raucous* wind chimes to somewhere far, far away (at least far enough not to hear them anymore)
