Apparel and accents are USD only so if you would like to switch your payment type to USD your total would be $6.50. If you want to stick with gems, your total would be 250g for the base adopt and eye blink animation.

The stuff you can pay for with gems is the base price (200g) and they eye blink animation (50g). For the apparel you have listed and his accent, that will be an additional $4.
