These are, for example, if you would like me to include your dragon's accent or some key apparel (e.g. armour or wraps) somehow on the shield. Extras add an additional cost, which is variable - generally about 4 gems / 5,000 treasure per additional element. If you're ordering Extras, please describe the additional feature(s) you want. Don't worry about describing what you want in "heraldic" terms - just be as clear as you can and be patient if I have additional questions!
