Colors - (in hex color codes) #0066ff for the small flags in the back, #f3bf09 for the middle flag, #1f10c3 for the main flag, and #322254 for the top bar, if possible!
Details - It'd be awesome if it could have little sparkly star looking spots all over it, but otherwise that's it!

EDIT: ah sorry but just one change, can you make the background colour of the blue flag a bit duller? More like the steel colour on Argus (the dragon)? The shield is great! Just the background :3
