Cassandra will be just the 30kt, Aramith's accent does require base altering but that's no problem ^^ so i'll add +20kt and +10kt for each scars and for Amzie +10kt for the accent and +20kt for the blades

so in total 30kt + 80kt + 60kt = 170kt you can send the money now and I'll add you to the first slot and start working!

Thermopylai's accent would only be 10kt extra, I can do a flame at the tail (perhaps the tuft of fur too if you'd like? kinda like a lion's tail) though it's sad the kitties don't have the imperial's hair to actually show it off more (but I promise it'll be pretty)
Archibald's accent would be +20kt (and hey I bought that accent not long ago too! XD)
as for Achania (who btw is really pretty <3) her accent will be +20kt as well and each apparel is +10kt except the flourish belt which is +20kt

that last boy will be 90kt, 20kt for each birdie and +10kt for the antlers and rose
