@Bui While it is possible, I have to warn that the halo probably won't be very visible unless you use the adopt on a dark background, since the apparel item itself is also barely visible except where it overlaps the dragon, and in the adopt it'll be in the background. Price-wise, the adopt is 25kT without the halo, or 65kT with the halo.
