dignitary from the blue sun clan, goes back and forth between the clans maybe? and he's a hunter when he's not doing dignitary thing. had ko and naalas with nevara as part of a blood alliance w the blue sun canyon during refuge's rebuilding, when they didn't have many material goods to offer so having children was a more readily available way to secure allies.

all eggs were made magically, there were no romantic relations between him and nevara.
