Anginlaut Prince of the Behemoth and Bearer of the Eye. Anginlaut is a purebred Wildclaw who originated from ReddestRed's ancient lair at the root of the Behemoth. Legend says that a purebred prince would be borne at the foot of the great tree, his coming breathing fire and life at once. When his shell broke his coat gleamed like fire in the sunset, radiating over the other eggs. His gembond covered his head like a crown and his parents was struck with glee and awe. The other eggs hatched when the sun was just below the horizon, their true colours first visible the next day. He was once one of Tevinter's many suitors. She turned him down politely, but let him in on Monique and hers stone collection. He was amazed, and gave them some bloodstones each for their collection. When he left Tevinter's cave that day she gave him a very round moonstone she called the Eye. She did not tell Anginlaut why or what it meant, but he felt that it was important. He has kept it in a velvet-filled box in his night stand ever since. |
