Saggital

Saggital has always been a sort of unruly type. He was born into a clan in the farthest reaches of the Cloudscrape Crags who delved themselves in equal parts survival and self-reflection. It was a very serious clan who strived to bring about their enlightenment through the hardships they faced in the mountains. Saggital, though just as clever as the next dragon in that clan, could not stand the constant seriousness. His cynicism at how the clan was run, even at a young age, led to the young male being tossed around to different groups to find his role.

They initially thought his energy would make him a great hunter. It did, but he never wanted to hunt for the types of food the clan accepted, which were the dull tasting things to mortify they senses. So, the leaders shuffled him off to the guards. He failed as a guard as well since he never wanted to keep his mouth shut during expeditions, always giving unneeded opinion. After a while of him failing at the general jobs, the clan leader designated him to the Silent Brother, their highly religious sect who dedicated all they did to the Icewarden.

Saggital knew what this meant. Here he would be brutally trained and sent to exaltation which was the last thing he wanted. Before they could start training him, the young dragon escaped in a brash decision to find a new clan for himself, one more pleasant to be around. Saggital travelled for a long time across nearly all the flight realms. He did meet a few potential clans, but in the end none of them felt right to him. He was tempted just to live on his own for a while until he wandered to the Starfall Isles and met a fledgeling clan.

The small clan consisted of Monorchid, Hyperbulia, and Peever, all of whom found it hard to agree on how to run a clan. Monorchid wanted to be a powerful clan, Hyperbulia wanted a protective clan, and Peever just wanted peace between the current members. Saggital knew at once he had found his place. Joining the ragtag group, he explained what he learned from other clans and how they could use what he knew to their advantage. Eventually the group agreed and formed The Enclave.

Saggital's role as a triarch and Master of Wisdom meant that it was upon him to lead based on his knowledge as well as gain more to share with the clan. He frequently travels and sometimes takes along travel partners. He is still disagreeable to work with since he is terribly stubborn and does have a tendency to act like a hatchling when he doesn't get his way. Hyperbulia gets frustrated by him endlessly. He also has a tendency towards erratic behavior that sometimes leads the clan members to doubt his leadership skills such as lying upside down for two days, trying to see if his perception of the world would change. It didn't.
