High in Light territory, among the polished marble and towering obelisks of the Moon Portal, flies a peace dove. It dips and swirls in the air, sunlight glancing off its white feathers, before it gracefully dives and swoops into the mouth of a lair, perching on a brown Pearlcatcher’s shoulder and singing a happy song.



This Pearlcatcher, Cecelia, is the matriarch of the Amulet Plateau Chateaux - a court of negotiators and diplomats, one who takes pride in welcoming any and all dragons and nourishing them back to the health. Every dragon here has a story, though they may not choose to tell it immediately. Every dragon here can leave at any time, but yet they all choose to stay, for one reason or another. Some are hiding from their pasts. Some have finally found peace here at the throat of the world. Others simply can’t imagine living anywhere else.



Whatever their stories, whatever their reasons, all dragons find peace here. And the Plateau does its best to create peace between others as well, helping mediate arguments among other clans in order to reach compromises, using their diplomatic skills to facilitate peace among all their neighbors.
