High above the Windswept Plateau floats a slightly dilapidated base, borderline abandoned.
A small sign is tacked on haphazardly to the side. On it reads a note scrawled with great haste:

A traveling band of thieves and sellswords that roam throughout Sornieth searching for work. They often move from area to area, unpredictable as the wind. Their home base lays high in the clouds of Cloudsong, where many clients lay down requests for them to locate. This merry band is reclusive and tight knit, bound together by their esteemed leader. Rumors float around that this band is even odder the longer you interact with them.
