On the far eastern side of the Rotrock Rim, a shelter consisting of twisted bones and decaying fabric looms above the pulsing landscape. The wind lifts the structure's flimsy membranes to reveal grinning skulls and a pair of eyes that definitely wasn't there five seconds ago. The denizens stare vacantly.
