A very tall, cylindrical facility, in the shape of a tower of considerable size. Countless underground cables reroute energy from the lightning farm to this facility, which functions as a refinery of sorts, stabilizing the flow in order to maintain a constant, steady source of energy for the Tempest Spire.
Ashrae, as the facility is called, houses several types of dragons, from several Flights. Outcasts, exiles, adventurers, travelers, as much as locals, are both allowed and welcome to stay in the tower and assist with its functions.
Gamma oversees all of the plant's activities, coordinating everyone in service of the ever-glorious President Stormcatcher. The Spiral provides the healthiest work environment she can for her employees, and ensures that a daily electricity quota is met, and most of the time, exceeded.
