Ouros Stigma, an ancient, powerful clan who makes their home in the Abiding Boneyard. They say the Plaguemother herself crafted their fortress, the Blighted Citadel. A towering testament to the power of Plague, carved from rock and near impenetrable bone spikes. Plague magic runs deep into the very essence of the Citadel, twisting and pulsing throughout and leaving nothing unaffected. At the top of the highest tower, Phobia and her false-emperor sit in oversight.
Their forces scour the Abiding Boneyard, dominating the surrounding land, even resorting to raiding far from home if need be. Those traveling through their territory need to keep their wits about them, without Ouros Stigma’s favor there is no guarantee of mercy. And for those unfortunate ones, the sight of the tower in the distance and a dark choir ringing in their ears may be the last thing they ever hear.
