Hello! I'm KaidaStrife! You can call me Laura. Unfortunately, I have been unable to maintain activity in this site, and am still on hiatus due to personal reasons. Thank you all for understanding!

If you are interested in breeding with some of my dragons, or buying any I have on sale, don't be afraid to message me and let me know! My favourite dragons are Guardians and Nocturnes! I've recently developed an interest in Wildclaws too (here is a link to my dream Wildclaws!)

My clan name is Ópal Hylinn, which means "Opal Abyss" in Icelandic. The credit for the majority of my dragons bios go to the lovely Shogo. Thank you so much dear!

I usually use my iPad, but sometimes I use my laptop or desktop to access Flight Rising.

Deep within the Leviathan Trench, where light has troubles reaching through the murky waters, lies the Spiral Keep; the large conch looming ominously on the bottom of the treacherous seabed. The shell creaks and groans silently under the intense pressure, appearing uninhabitable. However, upon get closer inspection, a large gaping hole can be found next to the enormous coil.

Darkened and torn seaweed sways around the entrance of the crater, catching the countless bubbles spilling forth from the intimidating conch next to it. The pressurized current seems to dwindle off around the hole, allowing for a momentary stillness before the undercurrent starts to drag into the mysterious pit, effectively luring unsuspecting intruders into the dark depths.

Inside, the hole gives way to a smooth and twisting tunnel that eventually leads upwards into a large air pocket inside a spacious underwater cave that glistens with salt residue and is illuminated by small candles scattered near some nests and the walls. The dim light glistens off of countless gemstones hidden in miniature crevices spread out in odd places throughout the large cave, adding an ethereal aura to the lair.

Drops of water are visible on the walls, and the strong scent of fish and brine eventually give way to some sort of sickening flowery undertone. Some hatchlings jump out the shadows of the lair and strew small bones and strange stones all over the cave floor, knocking the items back and forth in a some sort of game, their small bodies shining wetly in the faint light.

There are a copious amount of nests made out of kelp and seagrass decorated with fish scales and crystals deeper within the lair. The powerful scent of dried blood and musk emits from the nest area, the soggy dens died black and some an eerie maroon.

A large Guardian sits in one, decorated neatly with small precious stones and pale flowers, idly watching the hatchlings and growling lightheartedly when they accidentally whip some bones at her. Nefertari keeps watch over her clan even when the hatchlings end their game and retreat to their nests to rest.

Ópal Hylinn is a highly religious clan. In honour of the Tidelord, the Dancers will gyrate around the lair, interpreting the motions of the sea around them. When a new hatchling is born, they are purified in the blood of fallen foes that the Warriors have killed. The coagulated remains of the ichor are also used to treat illness and injuries by the Healers.

The Peacekeepers work to protect the lair and its inhabitants, along with aiding the Scouts and Messengers with their travels, acting as Bodyguards. Nest Sitter's are in charge of the purified hatchlings, along with the maintenance of the nests and unhatched eggs.

The Oracles exist to lead the clan's rituals, as well as decipher prophecies and read the currents and motion of the ocean waves in order to bless the clan with good fortune. One rite they partake in daily is the sacrificial offering of food, where they bless the oblation.

Storytellers spend their time sharing adventurous tales amongst the clan, entertaining the Hatchlings and reminding the clan of its heritage and importance. Hunters and the such are in charge of food supplies and providing adequate meals to the entire clan. The Scavengers and Diggers are in charge of decorating the lair and providing great quantities of treasure for the Tidelord as offerings.

It would be Argus/Asherah offspring, so it most likely will be all blue (unless the stonewash gets in there e.e). But it might also only have primary and secondary genes since Asherah has basic against Argus' underbelly.
