Sterling Gale Clan: Deep in the mountains lies Kazul, the King of the Sterling Gale Clan. She is currently attempting to expand her lair and flesh out their purpose. In the meantime, please speak to the clan's princess for more details. About the Princess: She/Her Hello! I am Kazul's Princess, MD. I keep Kazul's clan well organized and give tasks to each clan member. It is a rough job, but I am working hard to keep the clan happy. I feel right at home here in this Ancient Lair. My early beginnings journal can be found here. It is mainly a series of entries listing events within the clan before it was fully established as the Sterling Gale Clan. I only link to it because sometimes I have questions about something I did. So I'm keeping access to it. XD

Before you ask:
Yes. Kazul, Roxim, & Woraug (3 dragons in the clan) were named after characters from The Enchanted Forest Chronicles by Patricia C. Wrede. I enjoyed the books and I felt it a unique touch to reference them here in FR. (Side note: I did name a dragon Tokoz, but I have since exalted that one.) When I first joined FR, I felt that I needed some dragon inspiration to start my journey in Sornieth. Somehow, Kazul stood out to me and I decided that she would be my first dragon. Roxim came second, because why not?

Interesting fact about myself:
If I didn't create a Wind lair, I would definitely have made a Light lair. I love both flights very much! Surprisingly though, my lair greatly lacks Light Flight dragons. As you will soon discover (by venturing into the clan lair) I have a deep love for the PearlCatcher dragons. I just love their design!

Current Stuff: (Updated: 04/20/24)
Lately I have been working on my Ancient Guardians. I'm seeking dragons (one from each type of Ancient dragon) to become "Guardians" of their respective Sornieth regions. They kind of act as ambassadors that interact with my clan to remind each member of where they come from so that they can appreciate one another in this mixed clan.

Also, I've been taking this site a bit slowly lately. Most of the treasure I build up goes straight into the monthly event skins/accents and then repeat. I'm also quickly running out of room for more dragons, so I may start purging. *cries* Otherwise, I still have a few dragons I am trying to breed...but they've been proving to be difficult to achieve.

Lastly, today is my IRL cat's birthday. And it would be palindrome birthday! 4/20/2024! Woo hoo! ( W-grass kitty? )
