A Guardian female lies curled on a rocky outcropping near the entrance of a large lair; though she seems relaxed, one eye is open and fixed upon you. As you draw near she lifts her head, revealing a scar down her right eye.

"Welcome to the home of the Earthwhisper clan," she greets you calmly. "I am Amariah, the matriarch of this lair. I reside here with my mates and children, as well as several others who have come to join our family. If you are a friend, you will always be welcome here; however, if you should turn out to be an enemy..."

Her eyes narrow for a moment before she continues, "Currently our lair is rather crowded, so we have little room to offer shelter to visitors or weary travelers. If you plan to stay overnight or longer, you will need to make arrangements beyond our lair... though I'm sure one of my children can help you with that."
