Clan of the Tundra Winds:


There are several branches of this typically arctic dwelling clan of nomadic 'savages'. Most recent to branch out was the late queen's heir Frigidbite.

Frigidbite is a fierce warrior queen who grew up knowing nothing but battle. Currently she is on a journey to make a home and a future clan. With her is one of her previous home's males who offered to give her a batch of hatchlings and will watch them until they are fully grown. This way her clan may start without worry.

Shortly after settling into a mountainous den and laying a clutch of egg, Frigidbite left Frizz, the male who had accompanied her, to tend to the nest while she searched for a more suitable partner to start her clan with. It took weeks, a portion of that time going without food, of fighting off other savage clansmen who wished to take her as a mate before Frigidbite climbed to the highest peak in her area.

Snow flying past her scales and her eyes towards the stars of her ancestors, she did not notice an Imperial approaching her. His dark and iridescent scales barely shown in the dark, his glowing runes marked him a mage. After a moment he made his presence known, asking if the Mirror female wished to take refuge in his lair as a blizzard was about to start up.

Reluctantly Frigidbite took up the offer. The blizzard indeed proved fierce but this gave the two time to talk and bond, eventually they realized they had a mutual connection and Frigidbite invited Yorath if he'd like to come back with her to her new clan. He agreed and once the snow cleared the two began to journey back towards Frigidbite's mountain.

More males came in search of Frigidbite, to take her as a mate, but she fended them off once more. However, this time Yorath assisted. As the Mirror leaped onto a Guardian who had gone after the spellcasting Imperial, the two knew their bond had run deeper.

Now their journey home became one of allies and lovers.
