the ISO is a lair made of dragons from all over sornieth. the clan is colorful, or so it tries to be, and is bustling with life, even underground. the quarters have been dug out from a crater, through winding tunnels and large stained glass domes emerging from the ground.
it gets its namesake from.. well, the overwhelming amount of imperials involved in the association. the property is considered sophisticated, as the technology and tools around all are more advanced than possibly ever seen before.

it started with five, and the numbers of curious minds ever will grow. we are the imperial starfall observatory of the arcane flight.
