Arllya's Clan

of the Shrieking Wilds, in the Viridian Labyrinth, this is an appropriately dark dwelling clan, choosing to live without lights anywhere in the territory they live in. Living in a strange area of the trees, where if there was light you would see the trees were black and dead, still having leaves, dead leaves. The clan resides in strange ruins of a stone town that have been covered by the trees for centuries, setting up their houses, businesses, shops, and the like in the crumbling walls. Yes you could say this clan belongs in darkness of The Tangled Wood where the Shadow Flight resides, at one point they considered moving there, but after much thought and discussion, they decided to stay right where they are. The hatchlings that come from this clan are born with the ability to see in the forever dark that shrouds the forest, their eyes are however sensitive to bright lights. In fact all dragons that stay down there too long seem to develop a special sensitivity in not only their eyes, but their skin as well, making most light painful to them. Every member of this clan wears some form of garment obstructing their face, most take the skulls and feathers of the birds that roam the trees of the forest, and make them into masks, though they have a choice in what color, and if they get a different one. It is said the tradition comes from the Queen, and her wish to keep her face covered with a copper and ruby mask. The King also keeps his face covered with a dark hood. This is where the clan gets it's name, The No-Faced Clan. Of course, in such a surprisingly dark unforgiving place, they make due. As Happy and nice as some of their members may seem, if you are seen as a threat to the clan. You know, it's not what you see that you should be afraid of. It's what you don't see... *This is not a mass exalting lair! So if you precious dragon is bought by me, you have no worries. They've found a safe home* :)
