Welcome to the Constitution

Each Core specialising in different fields to prevent the downfall of the Constitution. Each of the 5 Cores represent the sections within the Constitution. Each Core legislatively obligated to fulfil the ideologies of the Constitution on fear of be extradited to the 'Unknown'.

The Grounds Keepers' don't belong to a core, they took refuge among the Constitution; when they escaped their past home. Little is known about their motives, why they chose the constitution, whether or not their intentions are pure.

Most dragons within the Constitution are born as sections of the constitution; the new sections are born with the new law written as tattoos upon the left hind leg. Those who defy... lets just say... they don't.
