CraftyBLT's Clan

Iris continued to explore the labyrinth and, after almost loosing herself in the shrieking wilds, at last came upon the Everbloom Gardens. It was the most incredible sight she had ever seen! Everywhere she looked there were more and more flowers of every color, shape and size! As she wandered, staring around her, she quite nearly collided with a handsome guardian. He seemed a bit concerned with her presence and said he hoped she was not there to feast on his flowers. Iris was horrified at the thought and it was soon clear to the young male, Delph, that this stranger loved the flowers as much as he did.
They talked long into the night and Delph revealed that he was from a clan that was overcrowded and that he was scouting for a good spot to found a new clan. Iris in turn explained her longing for flower filled surroundings. They created a nest soon after and a new clan was born.

Iris and Delph were incubating their first set of eggs when they heard a ruckus nearby. Delph flew up to get a view of the area surrounding the vale in which they had made their nest. There an odd group of dragons was playing in a large field of poppies that was in glorious bloom. He stifled and urge to bellow at the snapper, sprial, wildclaw and guardian and silently watched them for a time. He saw that they were only eating the weeds, insects and small animals in the field and were enjoying the beauty of the flowers.
Their antics began to put a smile in his heart as this is what he hoped for from his offspring. After a time he flew down and greeted the group. After introductions all around he found that they were searching for a clan site. "Please, come and meet Iris! We are founding a clan based on the love of flowers. I think you may find a home here."
Iris was at first very protective of her nest. Delph suggested he stay with the eggs while she got to know the newcomers. Soon he heard her laughter among that of the group and knew that all would be well.
