Off the coast of the Sunbeam Ruins lies an island called Inis Eagna on which a great library rests. There, dragons from all around Sornieth congregate to study and research under the stewardship of the library's caretakers.
This is an exalting lair. Dragons that don't have a familiar are up for grabs, so don't be afraid to ask!
