The Old Song Clan was founded as a loose coalition of various families. Each family is built around a carrier concept. One or more Imperial dragons serves as a carrier for multiple Fae. This extends how far the Fae can travel and compensates for the Imperial's lack of maneuverability. Over time, each family, or wing, began to take on specific roles.
The Night Wing is the oldest and largest wing. Noted for their mostly black bodies, this wing deals the most with dragons outside the clan and serve as scouts, traders, recruiters, and diplomats. Night Wing is headed Nestor, the over all clan leader and his mate Lakeshore.
The mostly white Full Moon Wing, serves as scholars and lorekeepers. Their leader is Bloodpearl.
Mars leads the red scaled wyrms of the Spear wing. this wing is charged with protecting the lair and priceless eggs.
Kladeos leads the healers of the Still Waters wing.
