THE YERSINA BANDITS
The Yersinia Bandits, aka the worst collection of villainous rogues, liars, thugs and scumbags to stalk the Scarred Wasteland. Just a disgrace, really. They're all terrible.
Originally a small band of scientifically-minded exiles hoping to expand their knowledge of disease and decay, the clan grew rapidly after merging with another small gang, the straggling remains of a once great clan, reduced to scavenging.
Now, the curious and the merciless wander the scarred wasteland together, seeking out the the dead, the dying or merely unlucky - they're not really picky when it comes to their experiments (or their dinner). However, if a lost dragon manages to impress them - or submits voluntarily to their ministrations - they may just find themselves accepted into the family.
