Deep within the Wood, past the old Driftwood Drag and through the swampy abyss, lies the Thorndark Altar-- an amphitheater of impressive size, in the center of which rests the Sunportal.
Beyond this amphitheater, built within the skeletal remains of a cluster of forgotten forums, lies what many a drake have come to call
"The Thorndark Archive".
Overseen by the Master Oracle, Embernaught, and operated by what remains of her clan after numerous disasters rent them asunder, the Archive holds tomes collected over the span of centuries. However, this place of knowledge holds many secrets, kept jealously guarded under lock and key. With such dark things kept behind closed doors, one wonders just how just these seemingly innocent Archivists are...
