I'm Monica, a mid-twenties substitute teacher and music therapist. she/her. I like pretty things. Recently returned to FR after a few years away!
Welcome to Clan Lumina
In spite of the wind that rushes across the Ascent, it is remarkably quiet here. Bushes and reeds are draped with pretty baubles and delicate scarves, and there are a few wooden wind chimes that intermittently make pleasant, crisp tones that somehow don't interrupt the stillness.
Hatchlings can be seen tentatively coasting on low breezes while their parents watch from nearby- close enough to intervene if they should be hurt, but far enough that the little ones don't feel that they are under guard.
There is always extra space for the weary traveler to come and rest for the night. Stay a while and let the almost-music of the Reedcleft Ascent refresh your spirit.
